These Terms and Conditions govern your use of quaffprint.com and any inquiry, quotation, account, order, or purchase made through the website. “QUAFF,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and the seller identified in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, accepting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific or order-specific terms provided before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

2. Website Information and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, availability, and other website content are provided for general information and may be updated. Samples, specifications, quotations, and written order confirmations control where they differ from general website content.

3. Quotations, Orders, and Custom Products

A submitted cart, inquiry, or purchase request is an offer to buy and does not bind us until we issue an order confirmation or otherwise accept the order. Quotations are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Custom, made-to-order, printed, cut-to-size, or specially sourced products may require specification approval, a deposit, minimum quantities, or production lead time and may not be cancellable after production begins.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices and currencies are those shown at checkout or in the applicable quotation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping charges, insurance, duties, taxes, bank fees, and import costs are additional. Payment is governed by our Payment Policy. We may decline, suspend, or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, information cannot be verified, a pricing error is identified, or the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping estimates, delivery responsibilities, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Product warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use our products or services for an unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content and brand assets are protected as described in our Intellectual Property Policy. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes.

8. Privacy and Cookies

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website statement is error-free. Product suitability depends on materials, equipment, storage, operating conditions, and the customer’s intended use. Customers should review specifications and conduct appropriate testing before large-scale production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the website or an order. Any aggregate liability relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where a limitation is prohibited by law or where liability results from fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Governing Terms and Disputes

The seller identity, governing law, and dispute terms stated in an accepted quotation, invoice, or order confirmation apply to that transaction. If no such terms are stated, applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined under the rules of the competent authority. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not alter an accepted order unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be submitted through our Contact Us page.
