Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy explains the permitted use of content, brands, product materials, and submissions associated with quaffprint.com.
1. Website Content
The website and its text, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, videos, downloads, catalogs, page design, software, and other materials are owned by QUAFF or used with permission and are protected by copyright, trademark, design, database, unfair-competition, and other applicable laws.
2. Limited Permission
You may view the website, download materials expressly made available for download, and print reasonable extracts for legitimate evaluation or purchasing purposes. This permission is personal or internal to your business, non-exclusive, revocable, and does not transfer ownership.
3. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, distribute, modify, remove notices from, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit website content. You may not use automated collection in a way that burdens the website, train a model on protected content without authorization, or use our materials to misrepresent source, affiliation, certification, or endorsement.
4. Trademarks and Brand Assets
QUAFF names, logos, product marks, slogans, packaging, and trade dress are trademarks or brand assets of their respective owners. Use of a product or company name for accurate identification does not grant a license. Domain names, advertising keywords, social accounts, or branding that is confusingly similar may not be used to imply affiliation or authorization.
5. Product Images, Specifications, and Catalogs
Product images, specifications, charts, and catalogs may be shared with a customer solely to evaluate or resell genuine products when we have expressly authorized that use. They may not be altered in a misleading way, applied to substitute goods, or used after permission is withdrawn. Technical information remains subject to the applicable quotation and confirmed specification.
6. Customer Materials and Submissions
You retain ownership of artwork, logos, files, and other materials you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to store, review, reproduce, adapt, and use those materials only as reasonably necessary to quote, produce, fulfill, support, and document your order. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your requested use and that the materials do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
7. Reporting Suspected Infringement
If you believe content or a product listing infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact Us page and provide: your identity and authority; the protected work or right; the material and its exact location; a good-faith explanation of the issue; your contact details; and any registration or supporting evidence. We may request verification and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible notice.
8. No Transfer and Reservation of Rights
Except for the limited permissions expressly stated, all rights are reserved. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights in website content, QUAFF brand assets, manufacturing know-how, or third-party intellectual property embodied in the product.
