This Warranty Policy describes the standard product assurance for products sold through quaffprint.com or an accepted QUAFF quotation. Any product-specific written warranty or specification supplied before purchase will control if it provides different terms.
1. Standard Product Assurance
We warrant that, at the time of delivery, products will materially conform to the specifications confirmed in the applicable product page, sample approval, quotation, or order confirmation and will be free from material defects in materials or workmanship. No fixed warranty period is created by this general policy unless a period is stated in the product listing, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
2. Customer Inspection and Claims
Inspect products promptly after delivery and before converting, printing, laminating, cutting, reselling, or using them in production. If you believe a product is defective or non-conforming, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number, product and batch information, quantity affected, storage and use conditions, photos or video, test results where available, and representative samples if reasonably requested.
3. Product Compatibility and Testing
Results may vary with printers, inks, heat presses, laminates, cutters, surfaces, software, environmental conditions, storage, and production settings. Technical suggestions and samples assist evaluation but do not replace the customer’s responsibility to test compatibility and fitness for the intended process before full-scale use. Normal variations within agreed tolerances are not defects.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not cover problems caused by improper storage or handling; use outside published specifications; incorrect installation or production settings; incompatible equipment, ink, adhesive, coating, laminate, substrate, or consumable; accident, abuse, contamination, alteration, or unauthorized repair; ordinary wear; failure to follow instructions; or events occurring after risk has passed that are outside our control.
5. Remedies
If a valid claim is confirmed, we will provide the remedy stated in the applicable warranty or order terms. If none is stated, we may, as appropriate, replace or repair the affected product, supply a credit, or refund the price paid for the affected product. Return or sample instructions must be approved before shipment. These remedies do not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
6. Third-Party Products
A product made by a third party may be covered by that manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, we may assist with a claim, but the manufacturer’s stated coverage and process will apply unless we separately provide a written warranty.
7. Business and Statutory Rights
Except for express written commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded, no additional warranty is created by informal advice, advertising, or past dealings. Some jurisdictions provide implied warranties or other mandatory remedies; this policy does not exclude or restrict those rights.
8. Contact
Submit warranty questions or claims through our Contact Us page before returning any product.
