Effective date: July 18, 2026
This Payment Policy applies to payments made through quaffprint.com and to orders accepted through a QUAFF quotation or invoice.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout or stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Availability may vary by country, currency, order value, and transaction risk. We may add, remove, or restrict a payment method before an order is accepted.
2. Currency, Taxes, and Fees
You must pay in the currency stated at checkout or on the invoice. Unless expressly included, prices do not include shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, customs charges, bank fees, currency-conversion costs, or intermediary charges. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by their bank, payment provider, or destination authority.
3. Authorization and Order Acceptance
Submitting payment does not by itself mean an order has been accepted. Card and electronic payments may be subject to authorization, security screening, and fraud checks. We may request reasonable verification or decline or cancel a transaction that cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, violates applicable law, or is affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.
4. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers. Payment information may be submitted directly to those providers and is also subject to their terms and privacy notices. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers. We may retain payment status, transaction references, payer details, and records needed for order administration, accounting, refunds, or disputes.
5. Deposits, Balances, and Production
Custom, bulk, or made-to-order purchases may require a deposit or full advance payment. The applicable quotation or invoice will state the required schedule. Production or dispatch may be delayed until cleared funds and required approvals are received. Failure to pay an agreed balance may result in suspension or cancellation to the extent permitted by the order terms and applicable law.
6. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments
If payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back without a valid basis, we may place the order or account on hold, stop unshipped work, and request another payment method. Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by a card issuer, payment provider, or applicable law.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and are normally sent to the original payment method where practical and legally permitted. Posting times are controlled by the customer’s bank or payment provider. Currency conversion, bank charges, duties, or third-party fees may not be recoverable unless required by law or caused by our error.
8. Payment Security
Do not send full card numbers or security codes through ordinary email or contact forms. Use only the payment instructions shown at checkout or on a verified quotation or invoice. Contact us immediately if you suspect an unauthorized or altered payment request.
9. Contact
Questions about an invoice, payment status, or refund may be submitted through our Contact Us page.
